From the very beginning of the IIT Bhilai, members of the club have showed their dedication and covered all the events organised inside the institute. We, Pixies the members of TPS, seek to display our love for photography through the consecutive criticism of our peers, leisure activities that involve photography, and the promotion of photography in and around the IIT Bhilai campus. "Photography takes an instant out of time, altering life by holding it still."

Meraz'19 the Annual Techno-Cultural fest of IITBhilai was held from November 8-10, 2019. IITs have a rich culture of technical and cultural festivals. IIT Bhilai is elated to join the league with our annual techno-cultural fest. The fest provided a platform for students to tap their potential and unravel their quiescent talents. Students from various backgrounds and cultures got an opportunity to interact and appreciate one another. It bestowed students with an unforgettable learning experience as MERAZ’19 offered a whole gamut of events that range from IT, Technical, Fashion, Culture & Culinary Arts. A bunch of fun-filled events like Stand-up Comedy by Aakash Gupta and a 90-minute performance by the band Diara were the chief attractions. The audience got to witness the largest musical showdown of the year, Battle of Bands. Also, the participants engaged in a plethora of challenging technical events like Arena Haste, RoboKabaddi, and The Drone Challenge. The fest closed with a bang on the last day, with the Viva La Vida, a fashion show and the heated dance showdown In10sity. The audience also witnessed power-packed performances from DJ Shameless Mani and DJ Shanaya. The event ended with a thrill-filled EDM night, which was a night to remember. The event was a kaleidoscopic platform which showcased the artistic talents of all sorts, in its three-day festival, filled with competitions and dazzling night shows bringing students from more than 100 colleges and institutions across India to a single-stage, to compete, perform and be discovered.

Treasure Hunt - Perspective Editio

Get ready for a fresh adventure which will take you through the variou alleys for the campus. The Pixels Snappers is going to organize a fresh new event, Treasure Hunt - Perspective Edition. We all are very familiar with the campus but things totally change when we see them with a different perspective. We invite you to come and experience this with your eyes and win amazing prizes worth 10k.

Rules for Participating :
1. You have to register in a team of 3-5 members.
2. Every team will be provided with an image at the starting and they have to find that location and visit the same to find the clue for the next location.
3. On reaching the correct location, you will be able to find a QR code which will be used to find the image of the next location.
4. If any team is found helping another team, that team will be disqualified.
5. If any team tries to hide the QR code kept at various locations, that team will be disqualified.
6. On finding the QR code, you have to send a picture of every team member (except the one who is clicking the picture) to any one of the core members, contact of which will be shared later in the whatsapp group.
7. You will be given 2 hours (4 PM to 6 PM ) and the team who finds the maximum location wins.
